Upgrades & plan changes

We have made the following changes to the original floorplan:
  • Added a sliding cavity door to the theatre;
  • Added a walk-in corner pantry to the kitchen where the void is on the plan.

We have also upgraded the following:

  • Render to front of house
  • Extra downlights, tv points and powerpoints throughout house
  • Higher ceilings
  • Washing machine taps in laundry vanity
  • Coloured concrete driveway / path
  • Coloured concrete in the alfresco
  • Oven / rangehood / cooktop
  • 2 x remote controls for garage door
  • Tiled shower bases
  • Stone benchtops - maybe?

Contract signed - Colours appointment next Monday!

    Which one is yours? 'The house we are going to building - Our Scarborough' or 'The house we are going to build' as they are different plans.
